I had the SideKick II and hated it............ receptions sucks and cant install any 3rd party apps. Heard the the III is better but is still locked down so you cant install 3rd party apps unless you pay for it. Thats why i got a symbian base smartphone

Reception is good where im at....You can install apps but its limited and the 3 just came out so they will be upgraded systems for it... $300 new price!!!
