I bought a '01 celica GTS but, didn't get a moonroof with it. I was just in a rush to get it and now I kinda sorry I didn't wait. I was considering to add one one, either with a toyota dealer or just a sunroof place. My friends told me its too late and I shouldn't do it, but just wanted to see what you guys think.

This might sound silly, but a moonroof will actually slow you down. The support beams, motor, and glass weigh much more.

Yes they do add weight PLUS over time add to chassis flex. Those little creaks and rattles everyone hates.

Sunroof less Celicas are the autocrossers choice.
