they got a long way to go to put up the numbers turbonetics celica is running, not to mention Rado's celica will be running 8's and possibly 7s by the end of the season

We'll at least is a 4cil not a twin turbo v8.....The Turbonetics Celica should be in the 6sec...like Duttweiler's GNX's.......

Repost, but it's RWD. Rado's will run 8's hopefully 7's, and it's a FWD 4 cyl. The Turbonetics Celica should see 6's very soon.

Does anybody know which engine these guys are using??? What about the tranny? I would assume it is a 3SGTE, or maybe even something older like a 22R. 8's for a RWD tube car, isn't that great, 8.0s are more somewhat respectable but it needs to be in the mid 7's to get any real respect from the Import World today. Maybe it is a Backhalfed car?? Mid to Low 8's would be respectable then, but our backhalfed Celica should go 7's easily.

We finally made some passes in the car, had some ignition problems on Fri, it was only running on 3 cylinders and went 10.02 @ 142 firing on 1-2-3. Saturday we had a new ignition box and all 4 were firing, but the tune was way off, it was running soooo rich people were surprised it is firing at all. It went 9.5 @ 155, this was on the 4th and 5th pass ever down the track. We are happy that the car is going straight and Chris says it is easy to drive, he said 140 felt like 70 in the car, and it looked like it too, very uneventful. The old car, the Integra, going 150 seemed like the thing was all over the track, ready to explode into pieces everytime down the track. Sunday got rained out so we didn't get to try the new tune out, but it is going on our chassis dyno as I type, I will let you guys know how things are going.....

that PR celi came up b4 like 2 months ago, and it was either rotary or 2jz
hopefully ill come by and check you guys out in atco, jaime is trying to get his supra in the street class but we have to get a cage in there this week and neverlift doesnt have room this week, so we'll see what we can do

I just talked to Jay adn they dynoed the car. IT's making some crazy horsepower. I was going to post numbers, but I want towait for times from this weekend.
