what?

1. pry the old logo out.
2. remove old glue.
3. get the new button.
4. check if it has glue already, otherwise apply.
5. stick it

It's button for christ sakes... how hard can that be?

I got it.. but anyway I asked because you have to pry the new button out of the assembly (It is an actual HORN button assembly, not just the button for the horn..)

You pop the assembly apart and then take a small flathead and just go under the side of the emblem. It'll pop off quite easily. You don't even really need to take the whole assembly apart.

It annoyed they hell outta me at first cause I thought I got ripped off, but it became really simple once I figured it out

Nice sig! I agree, be gentle with it and it'll work out fine. Take your time you won't regret it. I bought an authentic TRD sticker awhile back from Edric it's a real TRD part # that you can order. I forget the # but it has an embedded TRD metalic font inside the circular sticker button. This sticker was fairly easier to apply no prying neccessary. Later upgraded to the TRD steering wheel now I have to buy the Supra cruise lever and do some custom cutting to get the cruise control switch to work.

Good Luck!

confused me too at first, but I got the same thing. Once you realize your not using the clicker part of the horn assembly, it should only take a minute to swap them out.

And during installation don't push it down to hard the OEM button has a nice curved shape if you press enough you'll indent it. Trust me I did it before and learned my lesson reason why I bought the button to begin with to hide the imperfection. lol
