I have a question that has been bugging me here lately. My new cd player has an optional Ipod adapter and what I want to know is if using an adapter instead of the FM modulator will provide a video signal out of the Ipod?
I know this may be a dumb question, but I haven't been able to find anything on it yet. Ive got the JVD KD-DV6200 (DVD/CD/MP3/WMA playback, Giga MP3 compatibility, video and audio outputs, etc) The adapter looks like it would go into the cd changer control, which makes me think that would limit it to two audio channels only...BUT, there are such things as dvd changers, and those send out a video and audio signal....
when I play cds in my car I get a nice table of information from the ID3 tag, and I would like if my ipod info would display up like that and if the movies would play across my monitor from the Ipod.
I guess worst case scenario I might lose 50 bucks on the adapter and be pissed that I wasted my time.
if anyone can confirm if this will work let me know
