Taillight reflectors?!?!RICE OR JUST OH NO...

OK so i was going to chinatown to eat yesterday and so i was in the parking alot i came across a blue celi..something caught my attention because i have never seen this ever on any celica..What could this be? a taillight reflector?a new part of the TYC lineup? or just some rice part that the dude thought it was cool to put on..tell me what you guys think

The OEM tail lights are already implemented with reflectors. Those do fit well gives it a little more shape beats having the UK rectangle reflectors on the rear bumper. But keep the add on reflectors to bmx bikes not on cars.

TYC also has reflector...
You have to have "RED" reflector in the US to be DOT approved....

Those are like extra thing they add to look like they got extra option on the car....
