I don't know whether it is the best, but I found Meguiars Crystal Wax good. Meguiars make a one step polish and wax, as well as a two step separate polish and wax (which is what I used).

The wax is only to protect the polished finish to maintain the shine, as long as it works well you don't really need the absolute best.

Zainos is the best hands down. Meguiar's is good to but doesn't last as long.

No, not necessarily. The $0.75 difference definitely isn't enough to justify more $$ is better. If you go to a show with a Meguiar's and Mother's booth they'll both tell you that their the best, but you really won't be able to tell the difference on the display cars. Pretty much the same products, they even name/number them similarly. I see people leaning towards Meguiar's on this board. Try them both and see which works/looks best for you.

I used Meguiars "Gold Class" for the first time last week

Now, I`m one of those people that really doesn`t like waxing a car...too much like work. :)
However, I was really impressed wiith how easy it was to apply, remove/buff and the ultra high gloss.

I just might start waxing my car more often now.:D

I used to use the Mother's system, but I just recently ordered the Zaino bros. system. The Mother's system worked out great, and I am anticipating seeing how well the Zaino system works in comparison to it.
