help:with priority mail..procedures???plz

well today i was suppose to recieve a nice package in the mail...it was priotiy mail with delivery confirmation...so well i when out to do some thing i had to do, and when i come back... i see and empty box in my front yard...with priority mail all over...and its is ripped apart....nothing inside...i get down from my car...and inspect the dam box and is empty nothing inside...nothing!!!???dammit
those mofo left the freaking box in front of my house...mind u guys this a big box...it had inside a freaking r/c celica...charger, batteries...etc...and they left it there just in front of my house...with nobody in my house or nothing...just there lying around????

so i go to the post master to ask question...cause fuk that...i havent recieve ****....and i am getting so far nowhere..of course...after i raised my voice a little i got a little bit of help, and so...but my question is can they leave a package like that...priority mail..so big ...just hanging there like that...in front of the house....so unsafe...i mean thats an invitation for somebody to steal...****..doesn anybody have or know their official rules....i mean their standar proceadure....cause i am getting the it was not insured...but fuk that...i didnt recieve ****...what can i do....anybody want to help..plz thz guys

as far as i know...you have to sign for delivery confirmation...so find out who signed and go from there...

Not really Black GT 2002 bcuz when i received my wing my cousin had picked it up from in front of my house bcuz he said that the box was just sitting in front of my door step when he got home from work. So i really don't think someone has to really sign for it. A matter of fact the wing that i got was from you TRD-GT i brought off of you about 2 week's ago don't know if you remember me but i was the one who kept in touch with you through the e-mail's and you shipped it out to N.Y. through priority mail. Well anyway those bastard left the box in front of my house to.Good thing my cousin lives right next door to me if not maybe i would of came home and found an empty box just like you. So i really don't think someone has to sign for it if it's sent through priority mail....even though i think its only right that they should have someone to sign for it if not they should just try again the next day instead of them just dumping it off in front of your house. If i was you TRD-GT i would go and complain and see if they can replace your damage's bcuz its only fair...if no ones home to receive the package why just leave it in front of the door ???? why not just leave a note sayin that they came by to drop off your package but no one was home just like UPS does and they'll try again tomorrow.

oh ok...i actually didnt recieve ****...all that was left was the box...but it turns out, that last night i checked their standard procedure manuals, and found out that no matter what they cannot leave a package unprotected like that...so i printed that, and i am working my claim.....hopefully i will get my money back or something.....

you don't sign for delivery confirmation...basically you are SOL if you got no insurance

po9i:thats what they said...but and this is the but...that kills them...in theior own manual says that they cannot leave a package unattended package unless...the person recieving it or the one sending it takes the responsability for the package...and this has to be a writed notification....which didnt happened...so guess what...looks like they will pay....yeah
