I recently ordered a JDM Center Console from KARacing. I asked Topshop how much it would cost to wrap it in CF, and there telling it's going to be $250. Does this seem like a resonable price or should i just save my money?

Topshop does top-notch work. You'll get your money's worth if you go their way. As for Julia...didn't she disappear? Plus isn't she shady? Or am I confusing her with someone else...

Topshop is a site sponsor that will get you your stuff professionally wrapped in carbon fiber and respond back to any inqueries. They won't dissappear on you, and their company's credibility will be on the line once you announce on this site your job to them and their customer service to you. Your only other option is to find local shops and get quotes from them, you'll be saving yourself shipping costs any may even get a better deal. But from a professional & business standpoint, I'd go with topshop all the way. 90% of the carbon fiber things i'm compiling up for my car will be wrapped by them ;). All I have left to get is the dash & the door panels wrapped. Stay tuned to the reader's rides forum around winter time.

you have to pay to play... considering the quality of work and excellent customer service, that price is reasonable imo

Yes that is reasonable. I wouldn't even consider going with anyone other than topshop after what I have been through.

:werd: TopShop is the only CF wrapper that's proven themselves, IMO. Stay away from all others.

I recently ordered a JDM Center Console from KARacing.

How much did you pay for the console? What is KARacing's web site. I do not see it listed on kinway's site.

It may take a little more time with the wrapped parts but we will stand behind anyone that is not completly satisfied with the work that we have done.Period...
It may be spendy but even for the amount of time that we spend on everyones parts and the prices that we put out there are not always accomidating.Still we think that we're not charging enough but we want everyone to be able to afford a peice if custom work that they feel good about and are proud of just like how we do when finished with parts.

Aye...the inserts they're selling now are ridicolously low priced.
