So...I got the full support tools CD from a guy at my school. Installed it and opened up some maps. I can scroll over, but not up and down on the maps. Anyone else have this trouble?

Have you tried expanding the map box like you would any other window?

Try a different version of the software, check http://www.mohdparts.com
