I've had the "new car" bug in my head the last couple days. I was thinking of trading my car for a TRD edition Tacoma 4 door truck. I dunno what's come over me. The thought of a big truck seems interesting. A Little Help Please?

yea really... WRX is an upgrade in performance atleast... a truck... well... its not like you can hide its ugliness with a bodykit.

Hrm... guess it was as much as at trucks... but I mean, the car is ugly. I've seen some with kits that made up for it though. Ofcourse Barry going sleeper, the whole push ya to your seat thing might make up for it too... But the truck.... :o)

oh yea, i'll gladly admit that it's a bit ugly in stock form. i have plans to change that though (or i can be like barry and say "you won't be seeing it for very long anyways")

I think you should go buy a six pack of Kia's. Should only be around 25-30k. When one breaks down you can just leave it where it is a get another one.

haha...i forgot about that idea. or you could go with about 3 saturns, they had one in the mall near my house the other day advertised for like $9000. my other idea (which i actually like) is to get an old 240sx and drop a sr20det (silvia motor) in there, get a bike, and still have money left over. maybe even throw in an old AE86. then you'd be fast and look really old skool (on the 2 cars at least).

THere you go Jamie.. go buy a supercharger (if they make one for the Celi.. don't think they do yet..) and make it work... what.. that is like 3k for the SC and another 3-4k in parts to make it fit.. he!! of a lot cheaper than a new car.. :D:D

actually i've been hearing the blitz one is now gonna be at $7000-$8000. i'd rather buy a bike or an old 240 and make it way faster.

.. that is like 3k for the SC and another 3-4k in parts to make it fit.. Yeah tell me about it. For 3k I could put a S/C on my Camaro, spend another 1k upgrading the rest of the drivetrain and be in the 11's AND still have my celi. Hehe, now there's a thought.
