HAH, they called me up and said, "We drove your car around for almost an hour, couldn't find the problem you told us about." Knowing how these people are, they don't have a clue about anything! I told them the problem was with the cold start... not driving... I also offered that I heard others with this problem, and the MAFS being the culpret. They said, yes that makes 100% sense. LOL!!! So they replaced it with another they had... And what do you know... Problem solved... They couldn't give me that MAFS because I belive it was another customers or something. Either way, that was the problem, and they are ordering me one.. Should be here by wednesday... My car is drivable, but does that stuttering and dying stuff on the cold start, I just have to leave it idling for around 5 min before I drive it at all. They said the car even ran 100% better driving it... So, I think that may fix alot of other problems I'm having. Now if I could just get that daggum 2nd gear grind problem fixed, I'll be set.. Problem is, only does it occasionally, generally when the car has been run for a little while... I'll keep everyone updated!

How does one clean the MAF sensor? I heard rubbing alchohol works well.

i have been havin an idle problem once in a while also. i have a gts auto. it does it sometimes while stoppin at an intersection. It will run smooth but not if i take my foot off the gas. I believe its caused by that oil that coats the aftermarket air filters. it comes off in the airstream and coats the maf sensor. I have had the "TRD" air filter since i bought the car. It says "Gauranteed by Toyota" on it so they better not give me any crap about it.
