Nope. Install is exactly the same. Just be sure to get a tunable base map AND GET IT PROFESSIONALLY TUNED!!!!, as the locked one they provide you sucks. You can email me for one if you want at jlitman@shell.cas.usf.edu ;)
Be sure to share dynos and details when you do. Have fun! Soon you will have about 30% more power and 25% more torque than you do now, and will have to change your sig :D

Sup bro, your best bet is to do a search, there are very good posts on the things you need to watch for and also Jlitman has an auto GT-S and he has done a lot of troubleshooting posts in regards to install, tune and the things to watch in an auto.

I did search but nothing came up that specifically answered my questions.
Thanks to Jiltman for his help. I will probably be going to him for more help down the line.

There is a map repository linked off the ECU tuning forum that could be very helpful to you if you're running the e-manage

i dont think so. i cant see why i would have a rod bearig proble, i should find out whats wrong with my car and see if its charger related. im still little by little sorting out a couple issues i had prior to the charger, such as my tranny syncros, and little non normal sounds here and their.

Thanks for everyone's support!
I'm in Socal, like yourself. I've been toying with the Supras too much and ignoring the Celica, so it's time to give her some attention again.
I don't have a Taco. (Although the 4runner is essentially the same). I love the TRD supercharger. I can smoke little Honda ricers day in day out. It's great for pulling stuff too. Considering that the Supra and the 4Runner were boosted, and the NA Supra having loads of torque, the Celica was just crappy to drive for a while. Hope this Greddy SC makes me love it again.
Will post more details to follow.

So far no problems, get it tuned right and be on top of maintaining your car and you should be fine.
