WTB: Rear bumper and Valance, exhaust

I'm looking to buy a rear bumper in Spectra Mica Blue and if available a rear valance. Any OEM, TRD, RMM, Wings West, Kaminari is good. Minor scratches are fine, as long as it doesn't need repainting.

Also looking for:
- New drive belt
- Stock exhaust including the piece with the resonator, or any aftermarket exhaust system that is quiet and replaces the resonator portion.
- Few square ft of Dynamat Xtreme

Also looking to buy a rear hatch handle cover (celica piece) in spectra blue, the 03+ cover would be nice.
