OK, so I don't do the Autobahn, but I do 99+% Interstate, cruising at 74mph with some cold and snow thrown in at times. I'd like to get rid of some body roll and the thing does look too tall on the stock wheels - we all know this. I'm running all-seasons year-round right now.

I'm thinking Hotchkiss street front and rear sway, front tower bar and rear tower bar (TRD 3pt). I'm just not so sure about springs and/or shocks. She has 130,000 miles and suspension's truly fine. *IF* I drop her I'm thinking the Tein H-techs so it's only a .8" drop. And I'm thinking no shocks until they wear out.

Am I missing anything, folks?

In order of mods - because I don't see a reason for doing them all at once - I'm thinking:

1) front and rear sways
2) strut bars
3) springs (and the necessary alignment)

Thanks for your input!

i've never really seen h-techs on a celica. Will they really make a difference? I think it would still look like a 4x4.

130k ... i only got 60k to go lol.

i can't say much about ur plans, cuz I have a TRD rear sway and i've been lowered for about 3 years now. I don't exactly remember what stock feels like anymore. But I do love the way my car rides, except over those killer bumps that make car sound like its gonna fall apart.

I'm sure those mods will have the car feeling pretty stable though.

I recommend TRD springs / Eibach Pro Kit (Same make)... 1.1 - 1.2 Drop.. Not to low and not to high. I live Here in Michigan and I didn't have problems driving it on snow.

I'd like to keep some ride comfort and I'm thinking the Eibachs, TRDs, and other bigger drops will turn her into that pickup-truck feel ...

Lovin' the input, tho - keep it coming!
