OK, How bad is your driving record?

Does anyone out there have a sh!tty driving record like mine?
i have:

-4 speeding tickets
-one 'driving on the wrong side of the highway' ticket which needs to be clears b/c i never was ticketed for such but the DMV says so.
-first it was suspended, now revoked
-one illegal lane change
-3 wrecklesses

BUT, i'm still pushing my celica:D!!! I think cops just dont like celicas. someone make me feel better and top that.

i rear ended a lady in 2000 in a my dads montero caused 535 of damage.. no police report, nothing.. all of a sudden 2 years later (last week) i get my insurance statement and it says 8,100 something dollars... aparently they assigned me an at fault accident points cause it was over the 500 limit for it to be considered at fault (by 35 f*cking dollars)

and they still havent found out about my 2 speeding tickets.. i cant wait till they do... its gonna be over 12G a year... fuK...

But in reality i have 1 accident, 2 2point speeding tickets, failure and a failure to stop. (all happened over a year ago and still not on my record) but once DMV gets the ball rolling... my insurance is going to rape me in the arse

well right now im in the top teir... ill be paying 6 grand a year for insurance... till july when i turn 20... then im switching to NJM for 2900 a year... unless DMV decides to post my speeding tickets

2nd ticket, speeding 52 in a 45... $45 no points
3rd ticket, wrong address, and was in a bad accident... $10, no points
4th ticket, speeding, 55 in a 40, was taking a hurt co-worker to the hospital in her car. $125, 3 points.

right now, no points and insureance is pretty low.:)

and none of the tickets were in the celi...

Hello.

Considering that I am a psycho driver I have a pretty good record.

I have been driving since 1990.

1 fender bender, was not at fault, other driver wanted to settle out of court for about $400.oo. I agreed.

1 hit and run. I did the hit'n and the run'n. Never got caught.

1 speeding ticket 70 in a 55 zone. I went to court and had it knocked down to "defective equipment". No points assigned.

1 "failure to obey highway sign" ticket for doing 50 in a 35 zone. I pre-paid the ticket.

I have NEVER been caught by radar, lidar, pacing, or photo radar. Both times I have been ticketed the cops told me that I was going too fast for them to pace me and they had no type of tracking device. My radar detector has saved my ass on 2 or 3 occasions. My CB radio has saved my ass on more occasions than I count count, "hey driver's, we got us a smokey the bear at mile marker 152 watch'n north bound traffic" (get the idea?) And my police scanner has saved my ass twice. If you are gonna play the speed game you gotta play to win. I play to win.

I have been pulled over but NOT tickets for the following offenses...

-throwing fireworks from my vehicle
-driving with my headlights off at night (by accident)
-driving on the shoulder, impropper lane change, wreckless driving, and speeding all at once. WTF?!? VA State Trooper let me off for all 4 offenses!!! Can you believe that?!?

All of my vehicle stops were by the VA State Police and Fairfax County Police within 1 mile of the Mixing Bowl and 2 miles from my house.

Damn, I must be lucky.

PS I was in one high speed chase. Friend of mine and I split up. It was at night and the cop never got close enough to get our tags. I went right and Greg went left. The cop went left too and Greg had the fastest car.

first wreck in 2001 (ran a red light...dont ask) $8000 worth of damage on a '98 nissan altima and totaled a honda del sol, is that such a bad thing?

second wreck dec of '01 in my celi (i was in a lane that could turn left or go straight and a F*cking explorer decided it wanted to turn right in the left hand lane). She pled dislexia and Texas is a no=fault state but, I have a new driver-side door, rear fender, and gas cap/lid.

Third in '02 jan (not really a wreck, someone backed into me in a parking lot) The person took off and left her friend standing there. Her friend came inside and told me what happened and gave me all of the girls info...lucky or what? I got a new rear bumper.

i have 4 speeding tickets mostly 80+ in a 55 (stupid texas highway speeds)
1 for parking the wrong way on the street
1 for parking illegally

i also got a warning for touching the white line 2x w/in ten miles (failure to maintain lane) got that at 3 in the morning. The cop had to be bored.

thats all taht i can remember right now im sure there is more though

and i still cant pass the new emissions laws in Texas.

couple tickets, no major accidents. Only impressive one was my first - got pulled over back in 94 for doing 125 in a 60 but the cop took pity and dumped it down to 105 in a 60 so I wouldn't have to go to jail for doubling - well that and he was pacing and I saw him when he was still a couple cars back and managed to slow down some :) But hey - I made it from my house in S Florida to Disney in like 2 hours even and that included teh stop for the ticket. The trip was about 215 miles ;) I also threw my radar detector out after that - worthless peice of sh*t. I rarely exceed 80 these days and that I only do when thats what the rest of teh LA traffic is doing. But I'll tell you what it takes a LOT of restraint driving the GTS not to speed. I mean hell, you come out of first at the speed limit...

-1 speeding ticket 53/35 caught by being paced (went to court, got fine dropped, points went from -4 to 0 just had to pay court fees $60), all 'cause I had the sports car and grandpa had a Ford

Two Accidents:

-1 rear end accident, not my fault

-1 T-bone accident, not my fault, car totaled, air bags deployed, went away in an ambulance

Lets see...I have been driving for a little over a year (may 13 2001) and have been stopped 16 times. I guess thats the price you pay for driving a lowered truck and being a kid. I have gotten stopped for a couple real reasons:

- Speeding (47 in a 30) warning (in dads tacoma)
- Following too closely...cop was harassing a kid...case was thrown out in court
- Speeding (51 in a 36) warning (in my winter car, chevy blazer)
- Speeding (53 in a 35) ticket (in my new winter car, 95 neon, same cop, same spot, a week later...said she couldn't justify stopping me twice in a week and not issueing a citation)
- Speeding (52 in a 30) which was reduced to 40 in a 30 in court

Some other offenses:
- Vehicle too low (several times)
- Stereo too loud (twice)
- Illegal clear taillights
- Illegal DOT approved euros (cop ate his words)
- Illegal U-turn
- Avoiding a traffic control device
- Exhibition of speed (small chirp on take off and in 2nd...friends Eclipse GS-T)
- Offroading on provate property without owner consent
I'm sure i'm forgetting some, and please realize some stops were for a combination of two or more offenses. Theese all resulter in warnings.

As a matter of fact, I have a lisence hearing tomorrow morning. In NH if you receive any tickets within 2 years of driving there is an automatic revocation of lisence, unless you fight the ticket, which I did in all cases. If you fight it, you get a hearing to determine your fate. Boy I sure hope I can drive tomorrow night. Oh well, only a 20 day suspension anyway.

One was like coming down the mountain... was hitting close to 140mph.. down hill but while I was slowing down cop clocked me at 75..... yike.. almost got my license taken away...

I think.. 5th one was like at Barstow... going 105 at 75... I-15 high way..... I was in rental.. that sh!t rental car max out at 105.. ke ke ke....

The last one.. which is being take care by attorney as of now...
75 on 45...... it was 2 am... I saw a car pull over but didn't think it was cop.. but it was..... sh!t.......

From all these tickets.... my records are CLEAN..... thanks to my attorney.... all my speeding. ticket turned into parking ticket.. no points.. and din't have to goto court nor traffic school.....
But the ticket I got it at Barstow... which is from other state then mine... the case has been close.. but didn't payed the $400 fine.... for like 2 years... now... when I got California.. and get pulled over.. I'm gona goto jail.. man...
Anyone knows... when these the record gets removed or disappear???????
