Anyone tried these guys? They claim 13-14 HP gains for a reprogrammed ECU in a 2000 Celica GT.

Search and you will find.
They are scam artists - the GT does not have a reprogrammable ECU and the Jet "chip" is literally just a sticker they put on the ECU - there is no actual power made.
