Help with Tire Size

Okay, here's the deal I just got some 18's that have 225/40's already on them but I'm really not liking them. I want to do a 2" drop all the way around and I know these tires are going to probably rub, so I was thinking about going with a 205/40 or 215/40. A little feed back on this will help. Thanks

same question i need new tires but i have a the tanabe springs NF210 with a drop of about 1.5 with 18's...would the tires 225/40 be ok in the front and back...need some feed back quick cause im paying the tires tomorrow :wave:
