Heh, both of mine blew out at the same time. You can just replace the bulb (H3 55W), which you can get at any auto parts store for a few bucks. You're gonna need to take off the front bumper to get to the fog lights. Some people say you can get to them by going under the car, but removing the bumper is much less frustrating since you can actually see what you're doing.

Check out the "Grill Installation Instructions" in my sig to find out how to remove the bumper. Don't worry, once you've done it a couple times, it should only take 5-10 minutes max to remove the bumper. To make things even easier, you can take the fog light housing off by unscrewing the 2 gold nuts attached to the frame, and even unplugging them if you want.

To get to the bulb, unscrew the large round cap on the back of the fog light. There will be a wire clip you need to push in and up to unlock. Swing the clip back and to the side. Unplug the white braided wire from the black harness. Take out the bulb and that's it. Just put the new one in and reverse the above instructions.

Mine blew out on me twice and both times I've taken it to the dealer. It was under warranty work so they ended up replacing that whole fog light assembly.

Both of mine are out for no reason.. What i was doing was i had replaced my stock bulbs with hyper whites and then when i turned them on.. nothing came on. I thought maybe the bulb blew so i placed the oem blub and turned my fogs on.... and still nothing happened.. i was like wtf.. i dont know if both pair of bulbs blew or its my fog light housing. Do u think toyota will still replace my fog lights under warrenty.. even tho I tried to replace the bulb myself.. i heard about something were if you did something to your car yourself... toyota cant fix it for you under warranty.. anybody know??? if i can get it replaced under warranty then ill be at toyota the next day :P

Put all your stock bulbs back in and play dumb when you go to the dealer. Usually works. :)

I got some Premium White bulbs from www.autofreak.net, since they are high performance bulbs and burn hotter, they dont last as long as stock bulbs. Believe what you want.

Replacement is easy, the hard part is removing all the shields under the car in order to get to the back of the lights. Once there, you just twist and pull the back of the unit to expose the bulb and short wire connected to it. Unplug the wire, pull the bulb and replace.

If you tired of replacing them, only use them when you really need them. Yeah, you dont get that pimpin effect with them off, oh well...
