Yeah, I know, water spots can eat into the paint if they are left on too long. Anyways, my car got a little wet today on one side and I may not wash it for a couple of days. They won't eat into the paint by that time will they?

Nope...but just try not to park in really, really sunny/hot places...that won't be smart!

There is a difference between hard water spots and the rings that are left on the car after it rains on a dirty car. I think that many people get them confused.
Do you have a coat of wax on it? Yes? Then you'll be fine.

Or, if you are that particular about it, why not use a quick detailer on the water spots? Surely you have waxed it recently, so just spray some Meguiars Quick Wax or something comparable, and you are good to go until your next cleaning!
Good luck,
Sunni :)
