I was just wondering if anyone had some free time this weekend to help me do a butterfly removal on my celi. Hopefuly someone lives close to the Stone Mtn. area and I can drive to your place. I got all day sunday open. I know I should do this on my own but I'm new to doing mods on a car and I dont want to make a mistake. By the way I just got the Kamanari kit w/ TRD spoiler put on my celi and it looks sweet. Also when and where is the next phase seven meet?
Coolwheels00-I read about u getting pulled for your tint, my tint is 15% and I got pulled over about 2 months ago for speeding, and as soon as I saw the lights I put my windows down and he didn't even notice. The other time I got pulled over the cop asked me the tint and I said I think its 30%(thats the legal limit) and I told him thats how I bought the car from the dealship.

I can probably help you out if you want to meet some where not really wanting to drive out to stone mtn but it is an easy mod takes like 5 minutes max, And I don't know if you know but we are all going to andretti on Saturday for a show/Meet I think around 1ish.

How much did it cost to get the kit painted I am curious because I am looking at getting the full kam kit with race wing this summer.

Total cost for paint, install, and the kit was $2,200. That does not include the TRD spoiler. I have no problem driving out to Roswell to go to the speed lab, only thing is I have to work at 6.

Sweet That is exactly what I was planning on spending on it all but I want the Kam wing so it may be a little more who did you get the kit through and how long did it take from when you ordered it till when you had it installed.

Hey Oliver.
Thanks for the tip. I usually have my windows down and my roof open but that morning it was raining. Plus, with it being overcast, it makes it look even darker. I'm keeping my eyes open more now and will roll the windows down if there's a cop around. Maybe it'll help.

not sure if i'll have much free time, i'll be busy all tomorrow and some sunday (might go to that mall of GA toyota show and i have lots of projects due next week). oh, and i'd love to see the car with the kit on it oliver, i bet it looks sweet. only bad thing is that sounds a bit pricey for everything, my whole kit, paint, and install was right around $1500(although i did have a bit of a hookup with a paint shop and maybe the wings west sides/rear are a little cheaper.) and by the way, the next meet is tomorrow (today acutally since its about 2 in the morning) at andretti. i think we're gonna meet up there around 1:00.
