225 35 18's on an 18 x 7 wheel???

how will the fitment on the celica be for this combo? will it cause rubbing? the offset is 42 and i have a 1.8 inch drop. are 225's too wide to fit on a 7 inch width wheel?

the 225 will fit a 7" rim fine...you'll be getting close to rubbing on the inside, but you'll probably be ok.

I have 225/45R15 on a 6.5" rim in my garage right now.

I've seen the same tire jammed onto a 6" rim.

The guy who has to mount them might not enjoy it, but I think it would fit.
