I have been a part of Newcelica.org for over a year now and I figured it was time to pay my dues. Okay well let me introduce myself for those who doesn't know who I am. My name is Richard del Rosario and I am the manager of Le-Toy Motorsport. As for our shop, we will have our website up and running soon and you can check out what our shop looks like. When that's up and running we will get together with Larry and buy our slot for a banner.

We will have our Dynojet dyno in about a week and would like to invite everyone from this board to come to our shop and get a few runs in and we'll hook you up on the price. As you can see from our name (Le-Toy as in Lexus/Toyota) we specialize in Toyota products, but we can mod all brands of cars even domestics.

Now the exciting part. We have contacted Bob and Damon at turbo performance and they have come to our shop and will now be a direct distributor for them. We are working out he details but we plan on carrying the Toyota line for them. What this means for everyone who has a Celica is that we will be carrying their GT kit and soon their GT-S kit. We are looking into a possible buy-in for the kit and we can install the kits at our shop. Our shop is in the middle of California so it's pretty close to everyone in Cali. Sorry for anyone who's too far from us. I have seen the GT kit myself and it looks beautiful. You guys should see the size of the intercooler.

As for the GT-S kit here's the story. No it is not out yet it's next on Bob and Damon's list. My car will actually be the prototype for the kit. I just have to plan for my share of the kit and the 4 days I will be out of a car. I will do this though if everything goes according to plans. When finished we will be tuning the car at our shops. I know it's an auto but my boss wants a challenge and wants me to keep it an auto. I already have my torque converter and will be looking into lower compression cams, stronger valves, springs, and retainers. We are also researching the possibility of changing my final drive gear.

The other thing we are working on is a distributorship with Hotchkis racing. We are planning on doing group buys for Hotchkis suspension components or TVS for the Celica. I will keep everyone updated on our progress. I am not going to give you our store information for now because I do not want to disrespect Larry's site and advertise here without providing him with any kind of compensation. I will work this out by Monday. Please let us know what you guys think on here for now until we can sort things out. Again I hope I get the chance to repay this site for all the help I have gotten from it. Thanks.

Richard del Rosario

How long will it take for the kit for GTS to come out?

Hey Juan I think Teresa already called you about the status on your car.

I will post store information as soon as I get confirmation from Larry that it is okay. I hope to hear from everyone soon.

My first priority on Monday is to call Turbo Performance on Monday and hopefully work out everything. More details to come.

a shorter final drive would be great for performance :D (although would probably mess with gas mileage a lot...who cares...at least for the serious guys)

also, could you guys find out what kind of synthetic ATF we can use in the toyota auto transmissions (like the U240E in the auto celicas)...toyota says to use their own proprietary Type T-IV fluid, but i dunno any other synthetic fluid that would be compatible with that.
