Yup, I installed it myself. It looks good installed. It's at the perfect angle for the screen so that all the dark colors look dark and all the brights are bright.
First, you need to cut the storage box out of the center console. I just used masking tape to mark the lines I was cutting along. I cut right on the edge of release button on the bottom and the opening for the door hinge on the top. I had to sand down the bump on the back of the hinge that holds the door up to make room for the screen to go behind it (it still stays up, just kinda flimsy; working on a solution). I also had to sand down the back of the release button for the same reason.
Then I got two pieces of plexiglass and cut it to the right size that it would fill in between the sides of the screen and the door opening. I glued the screen to the back of the plexiglass, then the plexiglass to the center console, both using polyurethane construction adhesive. Finally, I used fiberglass to fill in the spaces leftover. I just need to sand the corners a little better (hard to get to), then I'll be able to paint it.
I had to cut a little of the dash behind the center console for it to fit, but it doesn't affect the way the clips hold the console in, and you can't see it unless the console is out.
If you need more pics, let me know.

It's just a generic screen I got off eBay. It was made by Pyle. Pretty decent.Originally posted by Pure Racer

Gotta wait for me to install it in my car first! It's gonna be a while before that happens.
