They look like the Katana rims. That or like the Racing HArt. Both come in 18's, but the Katana are cheaper. Katana (http://www.katanawheels.com/product.html)

actually they are the axis neo, i didnt find the katana rims. All the RH have a letter number name like m5 or m6.

i found the katanas you were mentioning at wheelmax.com ....they don't look quite right. Anyway thanks for the help.
