Which kit?

I am still trying to decide exactly which body that I want for my 03. I like the TRD, and I also like the Varis. Of these choices, what would you do?

1. TRD front bumper with Varis sides (which rear bumper for this combo?)
2. TRD side skirts with Varis Arising II lip for the stock 03 bumper (which rear for this combo?)

Or, should I get the complete TRD kit or complete Varis kit? I'm keeping my stock spoiler no matter what (I just don't like the TRD wing like everyone else seems to, and I haven't seen another aftermarket spoiler for the Celica I like). I also already have a C-1 raised hood scoop (same color as the car).

I've looked into getting fenders as well, but am completely undecided on which ones look good with either kit. I might just stay stock on this, though. What would you do?

So, you prefer the full Varis bumper to the half-bumper? I kind of like the way the half-bumper lip looks on the stock 03 bumper...are there a lot of disadvantages to having it?

^ I'm running the Varis Extremor front with TRD sides but RMM rear, but if I had an 03 I'd go with the half bumper/lip. BTW TRD front will only match with the TRD kit, IMO. its too high for most kits..

There doesn't look to be much difference in the RMM rear lip and the TRD rear lip...since you have the RMM, what would you say is the difference?

I've seen both bumpers mixed with TRD/WW sides and rear. Either combo looks good IMO.

The RMM only has two fins under the lip, whereas the TRD has four.

Dacia, if u wanna get Varis 03 Front, this is what I told "ecelicagts" :

If u get Varis Arising II, u need a good shop to do professional installation, it is half bumper and heavy, if u do it just bolt on, after few months, its gonna fall out, I did a lot of custom work on mine from the inside, need something to hold it tight, i guess I have 6 pieces of them ( the steels with the L shape ) i dunno how do u call it. It cost me all $800 to get the front, painted, installed with the custom work+the silicone thing to make it stronger.

My car is spectra blue mica. I plan on getting it installed by Harris Racing in Concord, NC. When I get it done, I will tell them what you had to do to get it on there so it works out. $800 is about the cost of the Extremor front anyway, so it would be about the same price to get the lip. I like the looks of the lip better, so it works out fine for me. :wiggle:

Sweet, yea u better tell them what to do when they install it, I wasted 2 times labor already, it is not worth it :( I have some old pics in my gallery with stock spoiler, u can check it out. Glad to hear another Varis will coming, can`t wait to see it done, don`t forget to post some pics ;)

I will definitely post the pics when it is done. It may be in the summer around August or so (I'm trying to save the money first rather than use a credit card and pay it off...)
