atleast i think its the invader hood.....i've never seen one so i'm just guessing....i got the pic from carlisle

that hood looks wierd. to many scoops in the hood! sorry but i dont like it. just my .02

i wasn't posting the pic because i was thinking about getting the hood......i posted a pic because there was a thread before were everybody wanted a pic of this hood and nobody had one.....i just found the pic today and thought i would post it for everybody that was looking for the pic of the hood before

i'm not sure if i like the hood or not....when i first saw it i liked it but the more i look at the more i don't like it.....the only reason i would buy one is because not to many people have them....later

It looks like a Pontiac Vibe hood on a celica to me. It different though, looks agressive. But not sure if that would go good on my car.

that's probably someone from the board's car! look - he has blue bat's headlight vinyl kit!! :D but imho i dont like the hood either...eek!

celicsta......................were you at carlisle? i was checking out all the celicas there for newcelica.org stickers and i didn't see any. the only celica i saw that belongs to the bards was cashmoney.......the only reason i knew this was because i know people form the car club he use to be in. and i saw his car at droptoberfest...anyways.......i asked a couple other celica owners if the ever heard of this site and none of them did....i tried spreading the word.....

That hood is waaay ****ty. If it didn't still have the stock hood scoop think it would look killer.

hey.. i was the one that started that post! thats the first pic ive seen on a celi and i dont think it looks too bad. i cant really decide if i like it either. at first it definately caught my eye. i think it looks good with the blitz kit, both are very aggressive.

nice work.

It doesn't flow with the lines of the car, the stock hood looks 100 times better IMHO, but hey is original(and ugly).

i think it works with the blitz or the octane front... but nothing else... it's OK IMO... but i wouldn't put it on my car :D

Yeah, I sort of want one now... Seem like it could match my Kam. kit well... What's the quality like? Is it similar to the quality of FiberImages?

I emailed VIS racing and this is what I asked:

invader cf hood on sale for $575 shipping is $125-grade a, stock hood latches, rolled over edges, high gloss/uv protectant, hood pins required. vent is not removable.

I like it.I think it would look better with the mb auto hood scoop though and it will set u apart.Id really like kaminari to make a hood for the celica.I think that thing is too tight:thumbup:
