Well Ive had problems since I turbo'd the car. The one t'd in the middle goes to my boost sensor for the wideband.
In some pics Ive found the vac lines are a little different. Like the little nipple off the intake manifold mine is capped off then I see on other cars its used for the bov from what I can tell from the pics. I have another capped on the tb and I see some with that having a hose coming from it.

Im getting sick of all these little problem and Im really trying to make sure i have everything correct.

Like this pic for example venom has his evap hooked up different as with a couple other vac lines in different places.

Mine is a bit different again. See the little T off the throttle body, the clear line is for the boost gauge and the blue line goes down to the BOV I believe.

Also check the line with the little green cap, mine goes directly to the intake, not using that little sensor. If you start at my filter and follow that blue line you see it goes right to the green cap. Yours goes to that little sensor and then to the green cap. What is that sensor?? (I forget) Car seems to run fine though, around 5,000km on the install. Mine is a bit different because of the catch can lines as well....

Another thing. If you look at the trottle body on mine, right near the cable you can see a line, is that capped on yours? That one runs to the second nipple on the intake (after the two bends)

I can possibly take my valve cover off tomorrow (its almost midnight right now) and take some closeup pics of my lines. Again, everything is running as smooth as can be. Purrs like a kitten on the highway....

Rob, make sure that your air filter is not rubbing up against your MAFS or MAFS wires

well you can run the vacuum line different ways, and it will still be correct.

If you dont mind me asking what are the little problems?

That is the VSV that should be in the car, just letting the vapors vent when the ecu wants.

That vacuum routing is wrong. Try taking all that stupid blue loom crap off of there and taking the picture again so we can see where things are going.

From what I can see, you have your EVAP system purging to your intake pipe, which is not only wrong but dangerous. You're sending gas fumes through your turbo. That line should be going to the EVAP purge port on the manifold with a check valve, so that it can't pressurize the system under part-throttle.

The second pic with the little filter is right.

Your PCV valve is what's supposed to be going back to the intake, and your throttle body needs to be capped.

Ill try to explain the best I can since my car is in the shop so I can't take any pics right now.

From the front of the head the stock hose is running into the intake pipe. Back of the head the stock hose runs to intake manifold. The tb is capped and one nipple in the front of the intake manifold is capped. My evap is going to the sensor than from the sensor out of another hose to the arm on the intake pipe.

The blue lines goes from my intake manifold t'd to the boost sensor for the wideband to the wastgate and down to the bov.

Hope that helps. Thanks guys
Nick

The hose off the front of the head goes to the intake pipe since I didn't draw it out.

None of those pics show where the PCV hose goes to. It should be going where you have the EVAP line going. The EVAP line should go to the OEM port on the intake manifold where it always was. Install a check valve in that line to prevent the EVAP system from getting pressurized under boost.
