I prefer Kumho, Toyo, or Falken. Can someone help?

Try whalentire.com they have GREAT prices....I just got Kumho Ecsta 712 for $89 a peice. I got 215/45/17 That probably means you could get the ones your looking for for like 82-87 a peice.... you tell me where you can beat that price!!! :thumbup:

I just purchased my rims with Falken ZE-512 215/40/17. Sacha, if I paid $450 for four tires with mounted/balanced, did I get ripped off?

Sorry Sacha, I would have went with you guys, it is just that I bought a package deal from AFS. I wanted those Velox VX-SCYTHE.

yea, go to edgeracing.com thats where i just ordered my 215/40/17 Toyo T1-S from. got em for $150 a piece. i got a friend with a shop who could only get them for $180 at his cost. $150 was the cheapest i found them.

DON'T BUY FALKEN ZIEX FOR YOUR CELICA!!!!! THEY ARE RUBBISH!! I bought them because they seemed reasonably priced and I heard that they were a good tyre. I have regretted it from Day 1.:thumbdown

They have no grip, they slip like crazy IN THE DRY. It's gotten to the point where I don't feel safe anymore.

Are you using the older ziex 502 or the all new 512. I agree with you that the old ones suck but the new ones are a huge improvement.

Mine are Ziex ZE326 in 205/50 R16. I have been REALLY unimpressed with them. The thing that really makes me:angry: is that the moron at the tyre shop told me that they were an excellent tyre and that Falken don't make any better tyres - that lying SOB!

Either way, I have heard a lot of good things about the Falken Azenis, so I might (reluctantly) end up giving them a try if I can't get a decent price on Bridgestone S02/S03's.

i've also heard the 512 is a gigantic improvement from the 502 but that's only the word i've heard online, i haven't driven on them yet and really don't have too much info on them, the 502's were crap no doubt about it. I have a few friends who swear to never touch falken again thanx to that tire, oh well more azenis's for me. :D
