GRR non-lowered car driving technicians!!

grrr... went to get my car inspected today, guy drives it off into the bay ok and then comes back around to park it out front. Runs my car up a curb thats almost 2 inches higher than my bumper. I run out to my car as he drives off the curb, the passanger side of the bumper is just hanging like a limp penis. After closer inspection he broke both clips by the fenders and put a nice little round dent into my fender. The best part is they wouldnt pay to get it fixed becus my paint had chipped right below the dent a couple of months ago and had started rusting so they said the dent had been there because of the rust. But i KNOW its not been there, i wash that car every 3 or 4 days. I went and got an appraisal and its $200 from the local shop or $25 for my friend to do it... grrrrrrr pisses me off.

this one is easy-call the police-you witnessed him destroy your property through negligence. Get a report from the police, then present this to your insurance company and let them hit up that company/s insurance for damages.
