ok a few quick questions...an answer to one or all would be nice...

1. What's the best way to make the needles blue or what are a few good ways to do this?

2. This might sound stupid, but how much can the cig lighter fuse take? Like will I be able to wire the footwell neons that are already on there to one side and the reverse indiglo gauges to the other side and it will be ok?

3. What is the best way to go about removing the big plastic piece on the center consol thing and what's the best way to get to the led's in the clock and stuff?

These questions aren't worded the best so if you don't understand let me know...and if you can answer any of them thanks a lot...

1. you can easily use nail polish remover on a paper towel and slide it under the needles to make em clear. you can do this w/o removing them. then use any kinda paint. you need to change the LEDs to make it actually be blue though. you can either solder new leds, which again doesn't need to take off the needles, but isn't easy, or you can go to importintelligence.com and buy their needle kit.

2. should be ok, if you're using the cig power for the neons. as in, the power to the lighter. and using the power to the light bulb around the cig lighter for the indiglos. that way the indiglos light up when your lights are on.

3. reach your hand by where the shift boot is, (i have a manual, so hopefully you do too), and you can reach in and pull up that plastic piece surrounding it. it just pulls up. you'll see two screws at the top that go to that center console. take those out. then take off the ac control knobs. you'll see two more screws. remove those, and you can just pull that whole piece off with your hand so it won't get scratched. then on the back you can see how to unscrew the clock. a filter is really your best bet for changing clock color. its like a kodak filter you can get at a camera store.

no i was just saying the first step to remove the center peice wouldn't be the same since i can grip around it where my shift boot is. but should still be the same.
