hmm .. white or silver?

Well I'm stuck between 2 Celicas. They are both 2000 Celica GT.

White - 47k miles on it, sunroof, no scratches/dents

Silver - 60k miles on it, no sunroof, scratches on lower front bumper (barely noticable though)


The thing is, I got my white celica a week or 2 ago and my sister (who drives the silver celica) wants to trade me. What would you do? In my opinion, the Celica is kind of a girly car (but I accept that lol) and having a white one makes it more girlier I think (which is making me think about this trade) ... but that's just me. Which car would you guys go for?

Go with white, since it has lower mileage, has a sunroof and no scratches. The Celica is a girly car, either way, the color won't change that.

I have a silver celi, but i would prefer to have a white one.... White looks nice and has JDM flavor too, haha..... give the white celi with a black touch (black rims, black JDM headlight, carbon bonnet and wing, and smoked tail light) it will turn heads.....

I'd go with white but that's cuz i've always wanted a white car. Unless you want silver and hate having a sunroof though, there is no point in trading IMO. If you're going to trade for something else, it should be a nicer car.

Damn ... I like the car and everything but insurance is a big problem. My dad is bitchin about how he HAS to give me full coverage and that it's nearly 310 a month. I don't even want full coverage ... liability and theft are the only ones you pretty much need and it's like 120 bucks cheaper ... I guess I won't be driving it just yet. :(

I should of tried harder my Freshman year in High School. That "good student" discount could of helped =\ If only I had a .20 more higher GPA.

Yea the good student discount is the largest discount on most policies. It really pays to study - short term and long term.

My good student discount takes off about $245/per 6 months so about $40 a month.

Well I was working on getting my GPA up to 3.0 (or higher if I can) after my Junior year. My school ends in around July so if I were to get my insurance now without the good student discount, could I get the discount when my Junior year is over when I have a 3.0?

One more for the white car. I agree with the person that said the painted taillights will look good. That whole black/white/red theme is pretty manly looking if you're worried about looking too girly. The mileage is better and you have a sunroof. I wouldn't even consider trading.
