need help with stock front bumper

the bottom piece of the oem front bumper fell off when i was driving today and that piece broke it half. I think it was from me driving in the huge winter storm, does anyone know if i can fix it or if i can buy a replacement part for it.

This is the part i am talking about, imagine without the vizage front lip, i dont have that no more. this is the only pic i got of my car and i dunno what that part is call, Please HELP!!!

It might be cheaper to buy a new bumper from someone on this website. Check the for sale ads and you will probably find at least one at a good price!

i tried, i was just wondering how much it will cost, i am callin toyota today. i just want to know if it is fixable and if it is just a piece that clips onto the bumper

do u just clip it on???? how do u install it on? let me know thanks
