I've been looking online at different superchargers, mainly the TRD one's because they are only $1700! They make one for the 03 Matrix XRS. I know that has a 2zz engine as well... Would that swap in?

I thought I'd as you guys as you would know more about this than I would.
I've heard that someone took the TRD Supercharger kit (centrifugal) for a Solara and used it on a GTS and it was a bolt-on, then called Vortex and got a smaller pully for it as well since Vortex made the superchargers. Could anyone verify if this would work? I haven't found any kits online....

The TRD 1.8L Supercharger is now approved for installation on all MY 04 1ZZ-powered Matrix and Corolla (except 4WD Matrix).
The 1.8L Supercharger offers a significant increase in power and torque and an additional 7.5 lbs of boost. The bolt-on unit is integrally cast and is equipped with new efficiency and performance enhancing features, such as a race-inspired supplemental injector for enhanced full throttle performance and an internal bypass circuit for fuel efficiency and smoother operation at low speeds.
