What do you guys think about these wheel? will they fit?

I can buy a set of these wheels, used, for 400 bucks with bald tires, but I have a set of new Fuzion ZRi's at the house to slap on. I'm thinking I can talk him down to 350, MAYBE 300. What do you guys think? and do you guys think they would even fit? I know next to nothing about wheels.

How much do you guys think I would get for these? There is a little brake dust cooked on and a little curb rash on 2 rims. I also have brand new Kuhmo ASXs on them too....I'm thinking, maybe 400 bucks for wheels and tires? opinions!

The ADR Spades are similar to them. I don't know if the search feature is going to yield a search of a Celica with them on.
