Lift?

I have a 02' gts, and I was reading about how when you hit 6000rpm, the lift will kicks in, and it will do wonder, but it seems to me that the hp is the same as after 4-5000, is my lift bolt screwed up? If so how would I know if it is my lift bolt. My car also make some weird noise sometimes when I rep up to about 3000, it sounds like the exhaust is making the shking noise, but the dealer can't find anything, but it sounds like the a pile is messed up *cause my type r used to sound like that and it was the a pile* does anyone knows? Its' a hks exhaust btw.

hey man look here http://newcelica.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=52 ...... might give you somewhere to start looking for proplr with the same problem... just do a search for lift related problem.... and your EX when you rev up and when it is revin down it will make the sound??

No, it only do the sound when its' revin' up, and only when its moving, wont' do the sound standing still....
