Guyz, i've juz got a new GT-S, the auto version. I've been driving for sometime and realised that in the indicator, the sign "fuel-door" is always lit up. I've open and closed the fuel pump door a number of times and its always tightly shut. Why does the indicator lights up? Is it faulty or something? And also, there's a red button infront of the the auto gearstick. wad's the function of that? thanks alot guyz =]

ok, first of all the "fuel door light" is not a light, is just printed on the gauge face. As for your second ?, red button in front of the shifter? are you talking about the one hidden under a little tab? if so, that's the "shift-lock" release button, in the event that you press the brake and cannot shift out of "Park", pop that lid, press the button with a blunt object and shift the stick to neutral and start the car.

get ready for the smartas$ replies coming soon......:p

The "fuel-door" indicator is just there to tell you what side of the car the fuel door is on.

If someone isn`t smart enough to figure out what side it`s on for himself, they better be sitting in the passenger seat! ;)
