Looking to sell my previous headunit, one Alpine CDA-9815. I will be accepting offers via PM.

Information on the unit can be found at this link:
Alpine CDA-9815 on Crutchfield (http://www.crutchfield.com/S-pptgWPbv9PU/cgi-bin/prodview.asp?I=500CDA9815&search=CDa9815)

The unit is in perfect condition, except I do not have the remote, which is relatively inexpensive to replace ($20). Buyer is responsible for shipping costs, although I do have packaging to send it in already.

Picture from previous installation (the unit is complete in one piece):

The back lighting on the unit is blue.

I am somewhat interested, I have seen this before and was so intrigued that I attempted this myself with one of my headunits. I understand how you did it now, but I broke my ribbon cable. In the next week I am trying to atleast get the ribbon cable replaced so I can listen to audio again.

It took me a while to track you down on the boards, so you think you could answer a couple questions I have. Especially about locating another ribbon cable?
