^ Yes sir correct. Paypal sucks and there customer service is the worse. I could open another one with another email/name but to tell you the truth I rather not. If you have a problem with a transaction, you are at their mercy! (And you will eventually have a problem.) My account still has a dispute open since December 5, 2006 that was resolved by the buyer and myself through NewCelica.org. The buyer received his piece yet Paypal still shows the dispute OPEN even thought the buyer stated he called Paypal and informed them that the issue was RESOLVED. They claim since it was escalated by the buyer it
