Edmunds TMV for celica

Is there anyone out there that tried to use TMV (True Market Value) for a new celica gts? Did you actually talk the dealer down to that price, or did you have to do something else to get your celica cheaper than sticker price? Also, what kind of amounts have you talked them down for a new gts?

the sticker price for my GTS 6 speed was 24,536 and the lowest price I could get the dealer down to was 22,850.. and i tried 3 differant dealers... and each of them said that the GT-S 6speeds are hot items and they have no problem selling them so they wont go any lower then that...

Sticker was 24,400 on mine...bought it for 21400. Yep, I used TMV and other info on costs of each option from edmunds.com to lower my eventual cost.
