If there's a particular manufacturer you're interested in, go to their website and check their distributors. You might be able to find something local.

even if you buy a pair, they are not legal for road use. There is one company that is legal for road use as long as they are installed correctly. I am forgetting the name of the brand but you press a button on them and they r non-moveable for race mode, you press the button again and they give some lee-way if in an accident like oem seat belts do.
If you are not wanting to go with that one company that I dont remember the name of that is legal, I would suggest takkata harnesses. NRG Innovations makes a nice 5 point harness as well.

Schroth (sp?) is the only company that makes street legal harness, has DOT stamp right on the harness itself.
Do not even think about putting a none-schroth harness on without a roll cage, reason is if car rolls over and roof caves in you die because your are strap to the seat the roof smashed your head in...
Reason Schrothe is legal is because the left side (for drivers side) will allow you to stretch a bit, so you can duck to center of the car to avoid death.
