I have 4 ADR Formula 5 wheels with 215/45/17 tires on them with around 200 miles on them. They are 17x7 and the offset is +35.
I have owned them for less than a week. The only reason I need to sell them is because I bought them for my corolla, but the offset is +35, so they stick out and when I hit a big enough bump, the rears rub. I was informed that celicas are fine with the +35 offset. I'll sell them for $650 shipped.
This includes everything, lugnuts and all.

+35 to +42 is the sweet spot.

with a 7 inch wide rim and a 35 offset, the wheel will sit in 2mm more under the car and 10 mm more out towards the fender.... it will work fine.
