I am debating between the Stage I and Stage II versions of the Nokya H7 Arctic White bulbs. One of mine blew and I'm trying to match the stage it was before. It's somewhat deceiving because my bulbs are more than 2 years old and since then they might have released Stage II (not sure). The only differences between Stage I and II is the wattage displayed on the outside of the box and possibly the color of the tip. Stage I has a blue painted tip and the box says 70W output and Stage II has a silver painted tip and the box says 100W output. But I pulled my bulb out and it has a silver painted tip with 70W imprinted on the bottom. So I'm confused...is the 70W the draw or the output? and does the color of the tip affect the output color or is it just to blend in with the reflector?
I just want to get exactly what I had before and I know they are Nokya Arctic Whites. If the box displays the actual wattage, I'm pretty sure they are stage I since they say 70W on the bottom, it's just the silver tip that throws me off. Here are examples of both stages off eBay.

I know it's a lot of words for some headlight bulbs but I appreciate your guys' help.
