anybody out there is using 225/40z/18 on 18x8 wheels? does the wheel sets stright? or tip-inwards a bit?

huh?

You mean camber? If so that has nothing to do with wheels.

If you mean the angle of the tire sidewall to the wheel, yes, 225/40 should be a nice straight sidewall. Curbs will be your enemy.

225/40/18 should be fine with everything. No adjustments required. My boy is running 225/35/18. He only has a problem with Potholes..
