I need to know what size and what kinda rims these are in the link below. What size tire? or what kinda tire? and where do i get rims and tires like these? and how much did they lower the car?

It looks dropped not much of a drop so it may not have been dropped I have the TRD springs and I only have 1 maybe 2 fingergap in the rear wheels, the rims are probably 18s judging by the rubberband tires on it
