OT: speeding ticket help in Chicago

I had the unfortunate event of getting caught by an Illinois trooper at 3 AM going over to a friend's place at 120 MPH, which is 65 MPH over. Can anyone help in finding a good traffic lawyer in Chicago for me? Someone told me to find a lawyer on retainer, what does that mean?

BTW, I know it was stupid and reckless of me, so please help in suggesting a lawyer, not to my state of mind. Thanks in advance.
