Help: Low Beams and Fogs

My low beams.. are horrible. They light up and all yet they will shine um maybe 5ft away from the car. I know it could either be of two things... adjustment.. or the bulbs are wrong.. When looking at the headlight.. there seems to an unusual gap between the bulb and where the bulb is located.. like the bulb is too small...

Also no idea how to change the bulb on my fog lamp [right]

Can anyone point me to the right direction..

your headlight bulbs should be H7. Have you ever replaced the bulb or the headlights before? Maybe you just need to adjust the headlights to get it to where you want them to be.

It might be adjustment.. It's hard to calculate in daylight.. Drove it home.. and it looks like the light is pointing to the sky.
