Another crash

I was just leaving the gas station today and I stopped because a school bus had its stop sign out. I waited for a couple seconds and all of a sudden I just got slammed in the back by a zx2 going probably 20-30mph. My neck got snapped back and my head hit the steering wheel even though I had my seat belt on. I got out to look at my car (and maybe kill the driver of the ZX2). The girl driving the car was super hot and was really sorry about what she did. She said her breaks weren't working ha ha. I took down her information and got some contact information from the people that saw the accident. Anyway, here are some pics...Do you guys think it's totaled?

So much for the new rear bumper I put on my car about 2weeks ago.

This is what the inside of my trunk looks like. It is smashed up and the welds around the wheel well are broken.

I doubt I will be getting a new car or anything but if I do there is a 04 black GT-S 6MT on a Nissan lot that I have seen. I am going in for an estimate tomorrow to see what can be done.

When my car was hit in a parking lot in January, I ran out the store and across the parking lot after the bitch. When she turned around and saw me about three feet from the door of the truck (which, later, I found out she had stolen), she hauled ass. I swear to this day I would have killed her if I could have gotten her out of the truck.

my first accident someone rear ended me and the kid said his break didnt work. the cop told me that it looks like his breaks worked fine when we pulled off the street in a parking lot.

Ha ha...I should have taken her phone number instead of her dad's. I would have been like "Lets meet up for lunch and go over a couple things" ha ha. My neck and head got rocked when she hit me so I probably will get checked out by a doctor. I just hope they can fix my car or I can swing a deal for the newer GT-S or something else that is just as good.

lol, you need to get her "rich daddy" to get his insurance on that quick. lol. You should be alright if someone else hit you. IT SUCKS when you get into an accident sorry to hear it. I almost got monster trucked on christmas last year, not the on that just passed, and i hit a curb. This shop didn't fix the oil pan and i blew the engine. Put a 2zz in my gt since.. lost the car for 8 months.. hope you don't have to wait long for the insurance to do something!
