That is the new model Kicker CompVR 10". The sub ratings are (Peak/Rms) 800/400. Just because your amp says 1000 doesn't mean thats what it puts out. BTW these are great speakers! I have had that CompVR model subs in my car for 4 years now, and they sound just like they did when they were new!!! GREAT PRODUCT!
