In the debate over the aesthetics of raising a 20-year-old GM product up on 30" wheels, hardly anyone talks about the viability of such a vehicle for drag racing. That's because hardly anyone would consider putting that much strain on a stock axle setup and expect it to remain intact.

Ignore the picture of the donk, I posted that so people have an idea of what a "donk" is. Did any of you watch the video? A donk's axle breaks just as he launches from the starting line at the drag strip, and then hilarity ensues.
